According to Linden Method tequnices it is fixing the core of the problem which revolving in Amygala that stucked on Mode so undo changes in Amygdala will fix the problem so simple ,medication only fix the imbalance of the brain but not fix the main cause of the disorder ,from it is simplicity i advice using it and how fastly you will be cured

The linden method isn’t an overnight cure. You have to put in effort. You have to understand and trust completely what the method teaches you. If you have any doubt or don’t implement it completely then it may not be completely effective. I understand that your anxiety may be caused my memories or trauma from your past and those memories are a part of you but in all of us is a natural healing process. Charles lindens method will show you how to disempower your anxiety. It requires leg work, and the main premise of the method is distraction and where some people go wrong is they don’t find an appropriate distraction for them. It’s not easy to explain in one paragraph. All I would say is buy it, read it completely, implement it completely and if you find you are not making progress then contact the linden centre. You get their support for 12 months. Remember we are all different some will find great results in days, other may take longer but once you start to notice it working this will motivate you to keep going. Best of luck to everyone. xxx.

Hi I am karrry from Germany. I recently got my first panic attack about four weeks ago. The moment i figured out it was a panic attack (fear of going crazy and losing control), I consulted a Psychiatrist. He has put on Trimipramine 25mg (I tab/eve) which is an antidepressant. It has definitely controlled my general anxiety. Although when i am getting to sleep I get electric shock sensations pretty much every time I take the pill.
Anyway, I heard about the linden method, but I fail to understand how can some simple instructions or dos and don’ts can help cure your panic attack and GAD which is a problem lying in the subconscious due to a possible fear or trauma occurred in the childhood. And additionally all the big promising testimonials and nothing but positive feed back is making me even more skeptical.
Some one please advice quoting real examples and not statements like “linden method changed my life” “I am completely cured” ” God bless linden” etc

i just want to share to all of you…that charles linden method change my life…i have suffer anxiety for more than 9 years..now i recover almost..im a filipino working in KSA ….follow what the cd said and it realy work…my anxiety is just chronic it comes and go but the real problem for me is evrytime i feel a little ache in me i go to doctor ang waste money only bec. they always saying im good but inside of me i feel bad and the worst 9 years of feelingg lightheadedness always..camomile tea realy helps….thank you charles linden now im enjoying my life and my blessings…

Linden Method was like other cures for me. It did nothing. I am there still where I started. It’s really very discouraging for me not to find a good and effective cure. Is there anyone who can tell me what to do?
